We require a deposit of £10 per head for tables 5 or more

Any table that has 7 or more must be a mixed party of male and female,
if you turn up on the night and you are not an evenly mixed party of
male and female, you will be refused entry and will lose your deposit.

If you wish to cancel your table we need 48 hours notice
or you will lose your deposit.

Please arrive early for your table, if you are more than 15 minutes late,
your table will be given away and you will be moved to a later sitting.
Deposits will not be refunded for late arrival.

Every table in this restaurant has a two hour sitting, then you can
move to the Upstairs Cocktail Bar and watch the Live Entertainment.

All confirmation is done on the morning of your booking by a phone
call or a text from our Reservation Team.

If you do not confirm your booking you will lose your table.

If bigger parties turn up with less people than they booked for,
the missing people will still lose their deposit.

No cakes, drinks or any other food can be brought
into the building from outside.

We have homemade celebration cakes and supply
candles & sparklers for birthdays etc.

No balloons or other decorations are allowed in the building.

THE SUGAR SUITE – PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Our Sugar Suite is an exclusive private dining room which comfortably
seats 10 diners. This dining area overlooks the Main Hall and open
kitchens.

For full V.I.P treatment you will also be allocated your own experienced
and courteous waiter who will look after you for the entire evening,
even when you are in The Upstairs Cocktail Bar.

There is a £500 fee for the evening that must be paid on booking, which
includes hire for the room and the waiter, so no other service charge will
be put on your bill, however there is a minimum spend of £1000 for all
your food and drinks for the entire evening.

If you wish to cancel your reservation for The Sugar Suite, we require a
minimum of 14 days notice. Please note we are unable to refund you
money if cancelation is less than 14 days.

UPSTAIRS COCKTAIL BAR
Our Upstairs Cocktail Bar is exclusive to diners and members only, if you
haven’t dined at Sheesh or you are not a member, you can not use the
Upstairs Cocktail Bar.

It is open Tuesday – Saturday Evenings and all day and night Sunday.
We always have Live Entertainment

The Upstairs Cocktail Bar is strictly over 21

Sheesh has a smart dress code, no sports wear is allowed
in the building and no trainers.

DOOR POLICY
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove
any person who in their opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to
other diners. No refund will be offered to customers who are refused
entry or rejected in such circumstances.

We have the right to refuse to serve you alcohol if we believe
you to be drunk & disorderly.

Sheesh Restaurant operates a strict no drugs policy.

When leaving the premises please keep noise to a minimum
out of respect for our residential neighbours.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LOST PROPERTY
Sheesh Restaurant accepts no responsibility for any property left on the
premises.
Personal belongings are left in the cloakroom at the Owners risk and
Sheesh Restaurant does not accept any liability for any loss or damage
whatever to such items.
Customers are advised to keep valuable items with them at all times.
Lost Property will be kept for one month after which time it will be
disposed of.
